As generative AI reshaped content production, Relias needed to rethink how healthcare education could be created at scale without compromising quality, accuracy or compliance. Teams were already experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, but usage remained fragmented and disconnected from established workflows, creating an opportunity to move from isolated AI experimentation towards an integrated, AI-native content operation.

As generative AI reshaped content production, Relias needed to rethink how healthcare education could be created at scale without compromising quality, accuracy or compliance. Teams were already experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, but usage remained fragmented and disconnected from established workflows, creating an opportunity to move from isolated AI experimentation towards an integrated, AI-native content operation.

We designed a centralised AI-native Content Studio that brought writing, review and production into a shared workflow, embedding AI directly into content creation while keeping human oversight, guidance and validation within the experience. Alongside the workflow design, we established the product’s visual language and scalable design system, creating a foundation that could evolve alongside the platform and its AI capabilities.
